Sharon Gray is an international speaker and author based in the UK training staff in cognitive science attachment theory and trauma informed practice. She is Director of Wholehearted Learning, an education consultancy dedicated to creating environments where children and young people thrive. Appointed to the Youth Justice Board in 2018, she has been instrumental in advancing the Child First approach, championing neurodivergence, and supporting the development of the UK’s first secure school. As Senior Catalyst for the ELC Foundation and a SEND Reviewer working with the Department for Education, Nicola drives system-wide inclusion. A former Ofsted inspector, she is a leading advocate for authentic inclusion, leadership, and improved outcomes for vulnerable learners.
