Ms. Sapna Sukul is a veteran educator and inclusion influencer with over 30 years of experience transforming learning environments across India. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Boarding Schools Association of India (BSAI), she has been a lifelong advocate for inclusive and holistic education that nurtures both intellect and empathy.

Her career reflects a deep commitment to social responsibility — from pioneering environmental initiatives with TERI and community partnerships with Goonj and The Earth Saviours Foundation, to leading Sparsh NGO, where she empowered children with special needs and marginalized backgrounds through dignity, skill-building, and inclusive celebration.
