Dr. Siobhan Lamb is a passionate Neurodevelopmental Educator specialising in supporting neurodivergent students within mainstream schools through a strengths-based and evidence-informed approach. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience as a neurodivergent educator, parent and advocate, she understands the diverse needs of children with Autism, ADHD, giftedness, Dyslexia and Dysgraphia. With more than 20 years’ experience across Australia and Singapore, Siobhan has taught in Special Education, Science and Mathematics and holds qualifications in science, teaching and advanced neurodiversity studies. She co-founded a Sydney-based educational consultancy providing professional learning, parent advocacy support and student coaching focused on self-awareness and self-advocacy. Siobhan is committed to helping neurodivergent children feel understood, valued and empowered to thrive through their strengths.
