Dr. Aysha Alnuaimi is a highly respected educator and leader specializing in inclusive early childhood education and educational leadership at the Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE. She mentors pre-service teachers, guiding them to create inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning environments. With over 26 years of experience across roles from English teacher to schools’ cluster manager, she brings deep expertise in teaching, policy development, and research.

Dr. Alnuaimi has received the ED Falcon Global Award 2025 – Inspiring Educator of the Year for her contributions to inclusive leadership. She has authored and co-authored influential works on inclusive education, female school leadership, and heuristic models for inclusive leadership in the UAE and Gulf region. Additionally, she has founded and led national initiatives such as the Inclusive Early Childhood Education Forum: Bridging Practice & Innovation (2025), the Parents Forum for Early Childhood Public Schools (2024), and the Sharing Best Practices Forum (2015–2020), connecting educators and leaders to exchange innovative practices and promote inclusion.
