Ceanlia Vermeulen serves as the Head of Inclusion at a Montessori Nursery in the UAE and is the Co-Director of Mindset Consultancies. She is also the creator of the Unveil the Path™ Framework, designed to guide educators in fostering inclusive and transformative learning environments. Ceanlia’s work focuses on supporting children of diverse abilities, equipping educators with practical strategies, and promoting equitable access to quality education.

Through her consultancy and leadership roles, she has implemented programs that enhance inclusion, social-emotional learning, and personalized development.
