Rose  Carter is an international speaker and inclusion advocate whose lived experience of neurodiversity and socioeconomic disadvantage informs her powerful work. She has extensive frontline experience supporting young people from marginalised communities, particularly those who are neurodiverse. Rose is the Founder of Inspires Tuition Ltd, a UK-based organisation dedicated to supporting children facing academic and social challenges. She is a strong voice in challenging deficit-based models of inclusion, instead promoting strengths-based, empowering approaches that enable every young person to thrive, belong, and succeed within education systems.
