Sujit Sukumaran is an interdisciplinary educator, learning-design consultant and doctoral researcher with 20+ years’ experience spanning higher education, corporate L&D and community inclusion programs across the UAE, UK and India. Currently Course Leader BA Business Studies and Sr. Lecturer in Strategic Management at the University of West London (UAE Hub) and a Past International Director at Toastmasters International, he has designed AI-enhanced teaching modules adopted by multiple institutions and trained over 300 faculty members on Universal Design for Learning and accessible assessment. Sujit leads capacity-building projects for PRERANA, the Gulf’s largest disability-empowerment network for the Indian diaspora, and is currently working on an idea for an EdTech start-up focused on low-resource contexts. His research investigates how inclusive pedagogy intersects with future student entrepreneurs with disability and digital transformation. A regular keynote speaker at international and GCC forums, Sujit combines lived experience of cerebral palsy with evidence-based practice, and passionately advocates disability-inclusive leadership globally.
