Helen Claus-Willemsen

Helen Claus-Willemsen is a highly experienced educational consultant specializing in inclusive education for families and schools in The Netherlands. A qualified teacher for primary and special schools, she has over 30 years of teaching experience in the U.K. state system and at The British School in The Netherlands. Helen served as Interim Director of the Lighthouse Special School in The Hague and currently works part-time at the International Waldorf School while running her consultancy.

A founding member of IFIP and a Distinguished Fellow, Helen is an international speaker and trainer, delivering professional development to support teachers in creating truly inclusive classrooms. Qualified by the British Psychological Society to carry out educational testing, she is also a member of the Chartered College of Teachers and the Institute of Leadership. Helen participates in Erasmus+ projects aimed at fostering inclusive school systems across Europe, driven by her philosophy: “Include one – Benefit all.”
