Dr. Snehal Pinto is a lifelong learner, passionate educator, and transformational leader in K–12 education. She currently serves as Director of the Ryan International Group of Institutions, India’s largest privately-owned school network, spanning multiple curricula — CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IB, and IGCSE. With over two decades of experience in teaching, institutional development, and leadership, she has been a consistent advocate for innovation, equity, and inclusion in education.

Beginning her career as a primary school teacher, Dr. Pinto’s journey reflects her deep commitment to lifelong learning and systemic change. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University, USA, and serves in several leadership capacities, including President of the Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC), Executive General Body Member of CISCE, and Advisory Committee Member of SAIBSA (South Asia IB Schools Association).

Recognized globally as a visionary thought leader, Dr. Pinto has advanced inclusive education and teacher empowerment through key initiatives and international collaborations. Her leadership has shaped student-centric, globally connected learning environments that foster engagement, empathy, and excellence.

She has been an invited speaker at renowned forums including the World Teen Parliament, NABET–QCI Conclave on Quality in Education, and the Indo-Finnish Education Conference, where she continues to champion inclusive and equitable education models.

Under her stewardship, initiatives such as the Ryan–PennHub partnership with the College Board have opened higher education pathways for over 15,000 students annually, while the Ryan Global Schools have earned recognition among India’s top international institutions.
