Deborah Perrin is the Co-Chair of the ECIS Multilingual Learning in International Education (MLIE) Committee and a passionate advocate for inclusive education. Based in the Netherlands, she leads English as an Additional Language (EAL) teaching across ages 3–18 in a British International School, working to ensure equitable access to learning and success for multilingual students.
