Registration Fees (for International Delegates only)

  • £150 GBP – Public sector and Government Agencies (e.g. ministries of education, local authorities, publicly funded school districts)
  • £250 GBP – For Educational and Cultural Institutions (e.g. universities, private/independent schools, arts organisations, non-profits)
  • £400 GBP – For Corporate and Commercial Delegates (e.g. businesses, consultancies, for-profit training providers including EdTech companies)

Visa Responsibility

Delegates are solely responsible for ensuring that they meet the entry requirements for Kazakhstan, including obtaining any necessary visas. The organizers can, upon request, provide a letter confirming registration and payment for the event. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in the event of visa refusal, delay, or failure to apply in sufficient time.
