Roslyn Dotterweich
(Addis Ababa, Ethiopia)

Robyn Dotterweich is a postsecondary transition researcher, practitioner, and advocate for inclusive education in international schools, blending nearly 25 years of professional experience with personal insight as a parent of three neurodivergent children. She currently serves as the High School Student Transition Education Program (STEP) instructor at the International Community School of Addis Ababa, where she implements innovative transition models for students with significant support needs.

In addition to her work in Ethiopia, Roslyn is an Adjunct Professor and Ph.D. candidate at the University of Northern Colorado. Her research focuses on promoting postsecondary transition programs and alternative diploma pathways in international settings. 

A Senior Fellow of the International Forum of Inclusion Practitioners (IFIP), she is a frequent presenter at IFIP and other international conferences. She is also an accomplished course writer and has been published in journals such as Intervention in School and Clinic.

Her dual perspective as both specialist and parent of two sons with Autism and one with Dyslexia allows her to translate research into practical solutions while advocating for families through her blog, www.autismdreamx3.com.
